the-preserve-greenwood-village_400The Preserve is a 45 acre Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve that is designed in such a way that residents and the nature surrounding it live in harmony. The Preserve is the neighborhoods prized centerpiece where individuals can find waterfowls and other wildlife. The preserve houses a 70 mile long trail that is used for biking and walking, it travels 1.5 miles throughout the Preserve and alongside the Highline canal.

The trail is a popular location for residents to go bike riding, running, walking, or go horseback riding. This intoxicating namesake of the community is also a sanctuary for wildlife. It is rare to have a piece of land that exists providing a safe-haven for animals and humans alike and even rarer for that land to be the backyard of a superior designed neighborhood. Imagine being able to jog throughout your neighborhood before having to deal with a long and stressful day at work. Jealousy will be within all those individuals whom do not live within the Preserve, for your morning jogs or walks will not be as average as normal neighborhood residents. As the fresh clean air blows by your entire body helping to cool you off during a daily workout and seeming to carry away some of the tense feelings that have built up through the week imagine being able to see nature's treasures and works of art in the form of a heavenly landscape and wondrous wildlife.

It is one of Colorado's most prized and popular pieces of property. This properties very first house was unveiled over 16 years ago today and it is still after all of this time a well-known and very much desired luxury residential neighborhood. This neighborhood stands out by not conforming to the traditional styles that most neighborhoods are developed in. Instead of being shut in and isolated from other communities that surround it, it instead has an open design that makes residents feel at one and connected to their nature and wildlife filled surroundings. The neighborhood is able to provide an open feeling due to its spacious lots, yards that are not closed in with fences, and vistas with wide angled views.

The features that the Preserve offers to its residents are numerous and extremely attractive. Residents are simply 15 minutes away from Denver's downtown area and a mere five minutes away from the core of Denver Tech Center's flourishing business area, the Greenwood plaza, Inverness, and other business parks with world class rankings. There are plenty of recreational activities that can be found nearby like private golf courses, an athletic club, and an Equestrian center.

The Preserve's neighborhood is a flourishing one whose residents are constantly brought together for annual events and activities. Not only do people find luxurious homes to live in here, but they also find a tight knit community who functions like a massive sized family. It provides such a wonderful place to live that it is rare for residents to move out of the homes found here; the average amount of time that residents live in the Preserves is a decade. This community is truly one of the only places that people will be able to find to reside in that embodies the American dream.
