Stonegate: Unique Homes amid a Green Landscape

Stonegate is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Parker area. The people who live in Stonegate are part of a busy and active community that is well served by a wide range of different amenities. The Stonegate neighborhood has been beautifully landscaped. The Stonegate community is very friendly, lending the neighborhood the feel of a small town despite its closeness to the city of Denver. The local Social Committee organizes many of the events that take place in the Stonegate neighborhood, such as the Fall Festival, which is a family event that is particularly popular with the local children. There are two main parks in the neighborhood, Northgate Park and Stonegate Village Park. Stonegate Village Park has courts for volleyball, basketball and tennis as well as swimming pools, sheltered picnic areas and a children's playground.

The Challenger Park recreation center provides a wide selection of different programs and classes for the local residents, as well as offering them the use of some excellent facilities. These include swimming pools and a well-equipped gym. The Stonegate Community Center offers additional recreational and social opportunities. There are a number of different golf courses in the surrounding area, including the Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and Canterberry courses.

The area around Stonegate provides numerous opportunities for shopping, dining out and entertainment. The Park Meadows mall is a particular favorite for many of the locals, due to its wide range of different shops and restaurants, while Castle Rock is also very popular. The city of Denver is also within easy reach of Stonegate, providing additional amenities and entertainment opportunities for the local residents.
