            <title>Some Interesting Neighborhoods in Denver</title>

Denver, like most cities, is made up of a number of different neighborhoods.&nbsp; Each neighborhood has a style substance all its own.&nbsp; There are any number of neighborhoods in Denver that are pleasant to live in, as well as conveniently located near commercial and industrial settings where people work.&nbsp; Just like in any other city, different neighborhoods will appeal to different people.&nbsp; One of the tricks when moving to a new city, or even relocating in the city someone already lives in, is choosing the neighborhood that best fits the person or family who is relocating.

Here is a look at just some of the different neighborhoods offered by the city of Denver:

Athmar ParkAthmar Park sits along the South Platte River, and was not officially incorporated into the city of Denver until 1946.&nbsp; There are four city Parks within the neighborhood of Athmar Park including Aspgren, Huston Lake, Vanderbilt Park and Habitat Park.

BerkeleyThe neighborhood of Berkeley is located near the city center of Denver.&nbsp; Actually, it is located very near to the original site of the city.&nbsp; Berkeley sits within an area of the city that historically has been known as North Denver.&nbsp; One of the key features of Berkeley is that there are parks found within its borders that each have publicly accessible lakes.

Capitol HillThe most notable building found within the Capitol Hill neighborhood would have to be the Colorado State Capitol Building.&nbsp; Capitol Hill is the most populated neighborhood in Denver.&nbsp; Then it has an interesting mix of modern apartment buildings, condos, at it and historic mansions.

Chaffee ParkChaffee Park is a mostly residential neighborhood that is bordered on the north by Adams County.&nbsp; The southern border of Chaffee Park is formed by interstate 70.

Country ClubOne of the smallest neighborhoods in Denver is an area known as Country Club.&nbsp; This area gets its name from both the Denver Country Club and the Country Club place subdivisions which can Be Found there.

Five PointsThe Five Points neighborhood is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods.&nbsp; It gets its name from a five way intersection that can be found at the border with the downtown area of Denver.&nbsp; One of the largest neighborhoods in Denver as well.&nbsp; This area of Denver seen a quite a bit of restoration of renovation in recent times, leading it to be a neighborhood on the rebound.

Golden TriangleThe Golden Triangle neighborhood is sometimes referred to as Civic Center and is one of Denver's most historic neighborhoods.&nbsp; There is a limited amount of population found here, but there are a number of important buildings.&nbsp; In recent years more and more residential properties are being developed.

HilltopOne of the highest areas of the city of Denver is the Hilltop neighborhood.&nbsp; This is known as one of Denver's most wealthy neighborhoods.&nbsp; One of the most well known areas in the Hilltop neighborhood is Cranmer Park which is popular with both children and adults.

LowryThe neighborhood of Lowry can be found at the site where the former Lowry Field and Lowry Air Force Base once were.&nbsp; This is primarily a residential area with some light industry.

MontbelloThough it was not developed until the mid 1960s, the Montbello neighborhood has grown to become one of Denver's largest neighborhoods.&nbsp; Montbello was originally and it produced neighborhood to live in.&nbsp; Since the mid though it has dropped to become one of the more economical places to live in the city of Denver.&nbsp; Within the Montbello neighborhood there is also a rather large industrial area.

MontclairThe neighborhood of Montclair was originally its own incorporated town.&nbsp; It was annexed into the city of Denver in 1903.&nbsp; Beginning in the 1970s, the Montclair neighborhood moved towards being named a Historic District.&nbsp; Since then an effort has been made to preserve and protect the many Victorian and Queen Anne style homes.&nbsp; Today, this is a charming location to live.

SunnysideAnother of the many city-center neighborhoods in Denver is an area known as Sunnyside.&nbsp; This neighborhood is bordered by interstates and railroad tracks on nearly every side.&nbsp; The area is primarily industrial and commercial in nature, although there are residential areas too.

Virginia VillageVirginia Village is located in Southeastern Denver and is composed of apartment buildings, condominiums, office buildings, strip malls, and some of the city's busiest roadways.&nbsp; There are areas in Virginia Village where single family residences and townhomes are present.

WhittierOne of the most are reasonably priced neighborhoods in all of Denver is the neighborhood of Whittier.&nbsp; Most of the homes here were constructed prior to 1940.&nbsp; Originally established as a neighborhood made up primarily of minorities, Whittier has grown to become a very racially diverse area.

The city of Denver is a diverse and fun community to be a part of.&nbsp; The city has many strengths including close proximity to outdoor recreation areas, many wide open spaces for residents to enjoy, and a great group of residents that come together to make the city the best it can be.&nbsp; Anyone moving to Denver has met the decision to relocate to what is easily one of the best communities in the entire United States.&nbsp; That being said, some research should still be done regarding which neighborhood would best suit the person or family moving to the community.
