Wildcat Ridge is a community in Douglas County that is situated just to the east of Highlands Ranch. It is a small neighborhood of approximately 400 single family homes. Most of the buildings in Wildcat Ridge were constructed between the years 1995 and 2003. There are a range of different architectural styles within the neighborhood, some of them contemporary and others more traditional.
