Most Realtors® would be happy with just one offer to negotiate on their real estate listings. Reality is that Realtors® need to be prepared to negotiate multiple offer situations. Unfortunately this skill is something that not every agent has.
A Realtor® representing their client who is competing against additional agents and their buyer clients has to understand the intricate nature of this type of negotiation. It happens more than you realize, even in today’s market.
Negotiating a multiple offer situation is not the same as when you’re the only offer on the table.
