The Preserve is a 45 acre Marjorie Perry Nature Preserve that is designed in such a way that residents and the nature surrounding it live in harmony. The Preserve is the neighborhoods prized centerpiece where individuals can find waterfowls and other wildlife. The preserve houses a 70 mile long trail that is used for biking and walking, it travels 1.5 miles throughout the Preserve and alongside the Highline canal.
The trail is a popular location for residents to go bike riding, running, walking, or go horseback riding. This intoxicating namesake of the community is also a sanctuary for wildlife.
